San Diego Sunset Hike - Cowles Mtn.

$49.00

This hike runs thru my personal AIRBNB Experiences page.

We will do a 3 mile round trip loop hike that lasts approximately 1.5 hours. We will start about an hour before sunset so that we can watch the sun dip below the Pacific Ocean from the top of Cowles Mtn. This is my favorite regional trail in the area, and it goes up to the highest point in the City of San Diego; Cowles Mountain. The hike starts from BARKER WAY (NOT THE FRONT SIDE OF COWLES), and is 3 miles in total.

After the sunsets we will hike down, and it will be dark by the time we end at the road.

If it is your first time to San Diego I would be happy to answer any questions you have, and give you local recommendations of favorite places to visit, restaurants to dine at, or a bar to sip a local beer.

We can chat as we hike along, or I can guide you along the trail and we can just enjoy the natural surroundings and sounds of nature. My family helped to preserve 100's of acres of native habit in the region, and I would love to share my passion of the local flora & fauna with you.
